ABOUT THE ARTIST

I'm a self taught multi media artist that resides in the San Francisco bay area. Tattooing professionally since 2010 I love the style of japanese, geometric blackwork, and tribal tattooing. 

 

I am currently trying to focus my energies into creating a modern interpretation of traditional Filipino tribal tattoo designs. As a filipino american I have been disconnected from my roots and culture, this disconnect has pushed me to learn more about the tattoo culture and history of the Philippines. I hope to help other filipino-americans connect with their own roots in some way through the art that our ancestors wore on their bodies with a modern flare. My goal is to bring Filipino tribal tattooing to the attention of as many people as possible and show them the rich history of the Pintados
